wowza! finished Lvl2 day one! day behind you guys as i took a day break! what a workout! Planks you suck, my arms feel like they r gonna fall off, but I feel fantastic!!! So here are my stats as promised

I hate planks!
My shoulders are by far the weakest part of my body and level 2 seems to focus a ton on them. I got through the first circuit and thought that level 2 wasn't too bad. Holy cow. I can only say that I got through it well. Some things I had to modify and other things I didn't. That in itself is a victory.
