Running Schedule

I am currently on week 6 of C25K, my goal is to train for obstacle races which require a mix of endurance and strength so my current schedule is C25K on MWF and a bootcamp on TTh. This means that Mondays run feels pretty good, but Wed and Fri are really hard because my legs are tired from bootcamp. Should I look at differeent scheduling or just press on with the heavy tired legs?
