    I've been on a pretty good logging streak lately and am seeing results, which is motivating when all I want to do is carb rage. Main activities are circuit training and pole fitness/aerial arts in the winter; in the summer I like to do a lot more outdoorsy things (biking, going for runs, hiking, general adventuring), but Canadian winters are brutal and I can't handle the cold!

    Fitness wise, I walk/run the dog, horse ride and do pilates. I want to strengthen my core muscles to help with riding and I'm working on flexibility. One day I will start lifting seriously!

    Maybe I will find a tall/thick twin?

    Height: 5'11'' (nearly 6 ft as I am actually 5'11.5")
    HW: 208 lbs (39 weeks pregnant)
    CW: 190 lbs
    LW: 135 lbs (high school and ED)
    Goal: 155 to 160 lbs

    I have started lifted regularly over the last four weeks and I LOVE it.
    I travel weekly for work (I am the primary bread winner) and I have a 3.5 y.o. daughter.
    I gained a lot of weight with my current career.
    I am trying to find balance and improve meal prep (which is hard with 2-4 overnights per week).

    You and courtneypaige9 are close to me (5'2", 112), but you're so much younger and it is easier when you're young and active.

    Just starting out (again) but more serious than I have been in last 10 years. I have a very sedentary desk job, so I am trying to get lots of breaks, make my lunch, get at least 5 worksouts in a week, hit yoga at least once. Sick of seeing myself in pictures because "wow I don't feel that fat!"

    I've been fat almost my whole life. So my body now is the thinnest I've ever been. So I'm not sure what 127 would look like on me. I'm sorta tall, but my body frame is kinda small. I think I could pull it off but I'd be thin. Like a size 2 thin. Right now I'm like a 6. Maaaybe a 4 if it's a dress

    LW: not sure, took weight loss pills once and got down to size 8...I was a bobble head
    Goal: 155-160

    I'm taking a break from weights and HIIT right now because my workout partner has a pinched nerve. Currently we're walking an hour a day M-F and I'm doing C25K on my own, running 3-4 times a week. I just started logging my food on MFP about two weeks ago and it's really keeping me accountable.

    I didn't look through the whole thread but we look pretty close as far as numbers go, minus the age.

    I lost 20lbs last year, put a little back on over the holidays and now back at it. I workout 3-4 days a week. I have a desk job but just recently got a sit/stand desk, so now I stand more at work! Yay! I have a very active 5 yo and a couch-potato 10 yo
