I have very athletic legs (ie larger than I would like thighs) that never seem to get tired no matter what I do- even killing myself on the stairmaster, I'm fine after 20 minutes. I've had trainers say things like "wow, I really can't tire you out can I?" I got down to 133 my senior year of high school due to playing number 2 singles on varsity tennis, working out with our trainer/football coach, and eating a little bit healthier than before. I let myself go a bit during the first three years of college and could kick myself for it. I finally started running again and have maxed out at 9 miles at a time so far, typically running 4-5. I'm going back to the gym regularly now, and dragging my boyfriend with me. We get competitive in a healthy way, so that has really helped motivate me to focus on eating healthier and working out regularly. I'm looking for more friends on myfitnesspal, as everyone my age seems to use it for a few weeks then forget about it, but I fell in love with it a year ago and haven't stopped!0 -

I don't weight a lot, but I mostly want to tone so my stomach is completely flat. I'm also trying to eat healthier and drink more water to feel better. An exercise regiment would be most helpful to me, but I'm lazy lol. I'm thinking about getting Wii Fit so I can trick myself into exercising as part of a game. Mostly it's my stomach that I have qualms with though; my hips, thighs, and butt are on the fatty side as well but I like being curvy in that region0 -
