    Goal weight- 130, possibly 125!

    I made my goal of 130 and stopped exercising and logging for two months. Now losing some of it again.

    I love to encourage and be encouraged. Please add me as a friend! I am doing a November plank challenge and walking workout this month and log daily!

    Put on weight from drinking wine and some depression due to a grieving period. Doing better now and the weight is coming off quickly. Yeah! I eat pretty healthy, mostly whole foods and not much meat...mainly fish and vegetarian based diet.

    recently started working with a diet/fitness coach, need the extra motivation to shred & get abs!!

    We have similar goals! - you're making me think I should drop my goal weight, but I'm assuming when I put on muscle I wont be able to drop below 120lbs
