Carbs in Burn Phase

So I am starting Chalean tonight. Recommended 1300 cals a day although in MFP I am at 1200. She has lower carbs. What is everyone doing for carbs and the perhaps the cal difference? Thanks.

I do a TDEE and 20% cut which gives me about 1500 a day. I think my ratio is 50/30/20 and stay fairly close to that. Not sure if that helps you or not. I don't go by MFP guidelines.0

Calories usually hit around 1300 and on average my carbs are generally around 116-126.0

I usually am around 130 to 140 range on carbs. So maybe I need to lower them just a bit? I am a big oatmeal morning person0

I am at about 1700-2000/day and at 45c/30p and 25f......and am finishing the PUSH circuit tomorrow....0

I net between 1300 - 1350 a day. My carbs run 100-150. I just added oatmeal back into my diet and I've noticed an appriciable change in energy. So, I would say keep it!0
