Warm up - 40 Jumping Jacks
Stretch - 5 Min concentrating on arms, but don't forget your legs :-)

10, 9, 8......3, 2, 1 (Do 10 reps of each of the following 3 exercises, then 9 reps, 8 reps, etc. down to 1 rep)

1. Burpees - Start from a standing position, place your hands on the floor and jump your legs back to the push up position, perform a push up, jump your legs forward to stand up, then jump in the air. This entire motion should be fluid and equals one repetition.

2. Sit ups

3. Chair Dips - Sit on the floor with your back at the edge of a sturdy, hard surface chair (or sit on the chair). Place your hands on the edge of the chair with legs extended out to the floor, lower your butt to the floor by bending your arms, then straighten your arms to bring your butt back up to the level of the seating surface (don't sit down) and repeat.
