Hi ladies.
I have been into fitness and nutrition for a long time. Last year I got serious, hired a personal trainer, learned all the pertinent nutrition and did the exercise to lose fat and build muscle.
I dropped to 17.5% body fat and loved it!
Now, here we are, today. I gained some weight. Not a complete return to square one, but I wanna get leaner. I am kind of aiming for 16.5% now, just to see how I like it. Tomorrow I get measured by my original trainer to see how far I have to go.
Anyway, if you are into your fitness and nutrition and if you are a positive person, please add me as a friend! I'd love to see what your food diaries are like.
