I was suggested to buy these from a local store called,"Complete Nutrition". I can see only good things. And was curious if anyone else had any opinion on them, maybe if you have take them, and what your results were? I want to make sure I am making the right decision with these.
Any advice and opinions are welcome.

complete nutrition is a joke of a supplement store, just an fyi.
They sell private label supplements that aren't carried anywhere else (for good reason). They're overpriced, proprietary blends, and for the most part don't even work.
We have the store locally and I know a few of the tools that work for them....I really wouldn't reccommend it.
Diet and nutrition play a much larger role in your progress.0 -
I already diet, and work out everyday. I am not using the shred pack as a substitute for anything. But It would be nice to have that boost and edge, and I rather not get into any heavier.
I am trying to bulk up while, losing fat% and weight. I do not want to have to lose all this weight, then have to get into creatine and mass gainers, I am on time restraints, as I know patience comes results. But I am working toward an amateur competition for next year.0 -

I'm not sure if you're trolling, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Bulking = gaining weight. You can't gain weight and lose weight at the same time.0 -

LOL! I do troll a lot but this is not one of those times.
I did not mean to put weight in there
I am just trying to see what others do for cutting/and bulking.0 -

Shred stack isn't going to help with that. Complete Nutrition makes crappy supplements, and even if they didn't you don't need a fat burner unless you already crazy lean and need to continue cutting for a contest or something.
You should take creatine rather you're bulking or cutting....it's great for recovery.
diet and excercise go a long way0
