Must say that it does get challenging each week but by the third day of each week you can really tell the training is effective. I like running runmeter on my iPhone in the background of my C25K app. I decided to go all out on the third run interval today to see what my fasted "mile" pace is. Got it to 7.27 min mile. Granted if I had to actually run a mile instead of a 90 second interval, it would be a completely different story.

Just finished my W2D3 also and thought that I would never be able to do it after the second run... But this morning it seemed easier... Can't wait for what W3 brings.
I use Endomondo in the background so that I can get split times also. I had an actual mile split at 9:52!!! Hopeing that by the end I WILL be able to get the 5k in under 30 minutes!!!!
