Refuse to Regain! by Barbara Berkeley

I'm 20+ pounds away from my weight goal but want to start preparing now. I want LONG TERM success!

I just got this book out of the library, 'Refuse to Regain!: 12 Tough Rules to Maintain the Body You've Earned!' by Barbara Berkeley Has anyone read it? Your thoughts? Or want to read it, and have a little book club discussion about it.

    I haven't read it but Dr. Berkeley has a website by the same name that I've followed for over one year. Her approach is interesting and I used it to bust through a plateau to lose my last 10 pounds. I read her website for moral support but struggled to keep my weight steady. But in one post, her partner Lynn, mentioned MFP as a possible maintenance tool as recommended by one of her readers. I looked into MFP and have found it to be the most successful way to maintain.

    Thanks for the link to the 3fatchicks site. Looks much more active for the maintenance phase. And the book review was right on with what I was thinking from the first few chapters that I have read.
