Lunges-a NSV

I had tendonitis in my right knee in high school. I was a runner then and through college. I also took about 2-4 hours of dance class a day in college. All that time, I could never do lunges because of the pressure on my knees.
On my new lifting plan is lunges. I wrote them on my note pad to do and cringed. I said "The last time you tried these was like 15 years ago. Just try a few." So I tried. And I did all 3 sets of 12:-) No knee pain-just literally a pain in my butt. I was just able to use body weight, but for someone who hadn't been able to even do those without pain, I am calling it a victory.

Nice! I suffered from jumper's knee for over a year but it slowly got better and I'm pain free for now. *knocks on wood*
