Cheat Meals

I've been eating clean since I started doing Insanity 3 weeks ago. I count everything I eat, I drink only black coffee and water, no alcohol. No more restaurant visits or take-outs. I feel pretty good because I have more energy now. So today I decided to have a cheat meal (kung pao shrimp plus a cup of white rice and I didn't even finish everything) and I feel so guilty now!!
Do you have a cheat day/cheat meals? What do you eat and how often do you have it/them?

Don't feel that bad...I don't think it's a cheat meal... If you said a huge piece of chocolate cake with whip cream and a soda. That's different lol...
As long as you do your best and eat well 98% of the time..A little cheat sometime is good... It makes you (stay on track).
You know you got your treat...and know you can go back at your healthy lifestyle meals etc...
Even Shaun T said in an interview that...it's okay to cheat sometimes... To give ourselves a treat for all this training etc...
Just don't do it often and use your brain
