I may have read this wrong in the book, but is there a week break between phases? It looked like it on the calender.
Are most just diving into the next round? My week 4 burn circuit starts Monday.

I wanted my lift days to be Mon/Wed/Friday as that's what worked for my schedule so I finished up my last workout on a Friday, did a cardio on a Saturday and measured and weighed.....rested on Sunday then next circuit on Monday....I think some people wait a week though....0

Between Burn and Push I didn't rest. I was on a M-F schedule and started back up with Push the next Monday. I did take a break between Push and Lean. I needed it as I was burning out.0

I suppose you can. I just finished my last day of Push and will be starting Lean on Monday. I didn't take a break between Burn and Push either. I do my weights Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Those are the days that work for me so on Wednesday, Friday and saturday I do cardio0

I know, it's confusing. I decided not to take a break between phases, but like to have a Monday start cycle. So I have started the new phase right up, doing the last burn if off/recharge on the Monday as scheduled. Then the 1st day of the new phase the next day.
Then I try to condense the 1st week in one, so I end up losing a rest day, but can start the 2nd week on the following Monday and it should all be normal for the next 3 weeks.....
I'm having that issue this week because it's my first week of Lean. I'm a bit burned out this week, because it's hard--but I'd rather not wait a whole week--not sure what I would do w/myself!0 -
That was my thought, what would I do for the week, I have other dvd's but agree, moving on!! Thanks all!0
