I am slowly getting closer to a primal diet, not in any rush to get there just baby steps. I love reading MDA and am inspired by your stories here on the forum.
Thank you :-)

Amazing things happen when you take the final leap. I started worth just no grain and after making myself full paleo I received much more benefit than just weight loss.0

^^This. Was already no legumes--have always given me trouble and figured why eat something that makes me feel bad? Stopped grains, radically cut sugar (hardest to do), and after noticing a huge difference after a coupke months, finally ditched dairy. All this because I wanted to lose weight. Did that and bonus was improved health. Direct link between what one eats and how it affects the body. Hang in there ... the hardest part is other people ;-)0 -
I am the same as you have just borrowed Primal Blueprint & CookBook from library - cannot wait to read them both!0

I didn't eat a diet heavy in grains or legumes before, so it's not that hard to ditch them totally. But i fight to keep my fruit carbs down as that's how I have always dealt with my sweet tooth. A fruit instead of a cookie. Baby steps. Amazing tho how ditching grains completely changes your outlook on the "menu"! Lol0

I still have the odd slip and eat grains- (bread really ) only happened twice in the last 2 months and I can honestly say I felt like crap afterwards- feel great when sticking to primal0
