do we have to put in each exercise seperately??

I don't know how others track it, or if I even track it right...but for the Strength dvds I just put it as lifting weights moderate effort (something to that extent pops up in my cardio tracker) and for the Burn Intervals and Burn it Off I just track it as general aerobics.
I figured that I would rather underestimate calories burn than overestimate and overeat as a result, though I do figure that I probably burn more calories that what comes up under those categories.
O and then for the Recharge dvd I just log it as Yoga since I think most of those stretches come from Yoga?0 -
