I love the program but I'm not consistent....

I should be in about week 4 of Stage one, but I didn't even lift but once in the last 2 weeks (I've been sick.) Anyways, should I start completely over or pick up where I left off? Thanks for any input.

I would probably just go back and start at week 3...no stats to back that up, just what I would do...

I've had gaps during this program where i haven't lifted for a few days or weeks in between. I've just kept going and not restarted.0
