I wanted to share an idea that we are working on in our chapter. We are all bringing in Thanksgiving recipes and finding ways to lighten them (make calories lighter). Then we will put them all in a cookbook for the chapter members. We will be doing the same for Christmas. Didn't know if you all would be interested in doing something like this in your chapters or not but really wanted to share.
