Holy Batman lost track of what day it was lol


Food Challenge: Drink 10 glasses of water every day
Try to have over 100 grams of protein one day
No fast food one day
Sit down for one meal and try to enjoy your food instead of rushing thru your meal

Exercise Challenge: 50 prisoner get ups
200 lunges
150 burpees
150 sit ups
1 mile run or walk

Enjoy you week! We have officially completed one month :)

    Am going to try my hardest with these but am heading off on holiday tomorrow morning. Will be keeping an eye on what I'm eating but won't be logging on. Exercise challenges will probably not be completed but will doing plenty of walking.

    Just found this group - would love to jump in if you are still taking people - I love the weekly exercise challenges - are those to be done daily or a total through out the week

    Feel free to jump in, just add your name and info to the spreadsheet

    The challenges are to be done throughout the week but feel free to do more than one a day or repeat a few every :)

    Question! Are the lunges 200 total; alternating legs or 200 on each leg?

    start with 200 total and if you find that isn't that much of a challenge do 200 per leg :)

    Had a good week this week. I weigh in on Fridays, and I was down a pound to 156.2. Still havent quiet finished all the exercise challenges thou.

    Completed all the food challenges and most of the fitness challenges. Not too bad considering I was sick all week with a head cold.
