I'll be starting week 3 today with the goal of doing more regular pushups and less on my knees.0

Did exhaustion test today. Did 11 at first, tried again, did 14. So I guess I'll be doing week 2 over. Not thrilled, but I am happy to be doing so much better than when I started.0

My exhaustion test I did 21, so I stayed at level 2.
Just completed week 3 day 1 level 2 -12,17,13,13,17 - 60 second rest, but before the final set I bumped it to 90 seconds. That was a major struggle0
