Congrats to everyone!
I slipped up this weekend and drank and went out to eat
Managed to stay under my carbs on Friday but went over on Saturday.
Feeling bad about it :-/
Also only had coffee this morning for breakfast (bulletproof coffee) and I'm not feeling well AT ALL. Almost had my head in a biohazard bin - I was so close to throwing up....
But I'm back to sticking to the whole30 and my face has cleared up (at least 1 positive)0 -

I slipped up on Saturday as well on beer and a burger with the bun. Don't feel too bad! Everyday is a new day. I do feel so much better eating like this and plan to continue after the 30 days.0 -
Im feeling pretty good but like I said last week, I did slip and had some rice last week. I also had a salad at restuarant and used their salad dressing - so I probably had some sugar. I think it's been rougher with the weather turning clder I'm craving heavier food. All in all I'm hanging in there but just feel so tired right now. I hope it passes!0

With cold weather comes hearty soups and of course, winter squashes. They're a godsend and are on my plate/bowl almost every day.0
