    I have been so bad with remembering /finding time to do my daily squats!! I've forgotten or been sick, or worked too many hours (12-13 hrs some days) and just didn't get them done 7 days since this started! Grrr.

    Well I did 120 squats tonight as "punishment" for missing them this weekend. Tomorrow I will try to do 130 to make up for a few more.

    Done - no jumping squats today cause I did them after a 6.2 mile run.

    Definitely felt every single squat.
