can you really stay focused if your stressed at you job?

    I found that exercising is a great way to releive stress. Even if it's a short workout, try to get one in, especially on your really stressful days. You will notice a difference in the way you feel after, even more so if you get a good hard workout in!

    If you are stressed out then you need exercise all the more. Stress causes a rise in cortisol which produces belly fat. Working out will produce all those feel good endorhins and make you feel much better.

    What type of workout do you do?

    Are you having trouble fitting it into your day?
