Level Progression

I did day five of level one saturday and it was extremely easy. I only felt pain during two of the compound strength moves. . . Should i stay with level one for the entire ten days or move on sooner? I've also heard level two is a million times worse
bahhhhha.

I stayed with it. Did a day or two of other work outs with level one. Sure it got slightly boring but I wanted to do it that way. Now I've done two days of level two and I want to go back.0
