                    so i have been eating 1600 calories a day and just started eating back my exercise calories! i'm 5'5, medium build, 152 pounds and workout 3 to 4 times a week! i'm thinking i will be at goal soon and not sure how many calories i should eat to maintain????? i'm kinda scared of gaining back the weight!! thanks for taking the time to read
