Hi i was wondering What is the best accurate way to test our body fats percentage?
Weighting machine with indication of vfats how accurate it is?
What about measurements from biceps using a sensor at biceps? Thanks.

Dexa scans.
Most measurements will have a degree of innaccuarcy, Dexa scans are pretty expensive and thorough. those arm ones seem stupid to me0
