I just started incorporating more weight training in my workout, and I love it. Just a question though: how do I train to lose weight? I carry alot of weight in my stomach, and I know you cannot spot reduce. So, how do I burn from all over the body? Thanks.

Any weight lifting will burn calories and help you lose weight. If you are lifting weights and eating in excess, that is when to gain muscle (and fat). I'd for for reps in the 8-12 range and use a weight that gets tough in your last 2 reps. If you can fly though 20 reps with no problem then switch to a heavier weight. Building muscle will help you burn more calories all day and will not make you bulk up.
