Insanity

Would anyoone consider insanity as heavy lifting? Open for suggestions on workouts.

    No, insanity is cardio. Heavy lifting is general crossfit to actual lifting of weights.

    Yep, Insanity is pure Cardio

    Insanity includes lots of body resistance moves like push-ups, squats, plyo. You can't actually consider it heavy lifting BUT when I started, I was unable to do one regular push up so there was some heavy lifting involved haha

    When I do Insanity, my heart rate is mostly in the anaerobic state. Warm-up (first round), stretching, cool down excluded of course :)
