Challenges?

Is anybody interested in having small weekly challenges to add some interest to our weight loss?

I was thinking things like:

- add an extra 1000 steps per day (about a half mile per day) for a week
- drink 8 glasses of water :drinker: per day for a week
- one full week below MFP calorie recommendations

I would like to keep it simple (so everyone can participate) and is for fun and motivation only. What do you think???
