Other Jillian DVDs

I have injured my knee playing roller derby 7 weeks ago, and am waiting for surgery. I cannot skate, run, do any deep knee bends, or any impact, even stairs are a challenge.
I was hooked on 30 Day Shred.......... so that means 30DS is out - no squats, no jumping jacks, etc....
I loved how intense the 30DS was in such a short workout. I was thinking of getting another one of her DVDs that had less impact...maybe an ab one? I can do some modifications if there is a small area I cannot do.
I am looking for suggestions based on DVDs people have tried, what might be a good workout with less knee strain?
I am getting tired of the recumbent bike.

    JM's ab workouts focus is on abs and core, but she incorporates the whole body into it. I have been doing 6 week 6 pack and there are many squats and impact moves along with the core work (level 2 more than level 1) so it may not be the best for you with your injury. I have some hip issues and have able to modify some of the moves.
