I am new to this group, just joined a minute ago in fact. BUT, after I joined I noticed that all the posts are at the least 7 months old. Is this group still active? I will check back in a few days to see what is up.
What kind of "exercise" is Jillian's workouts?
I've been using "high impact aerobics" to calculate my calories burnt, but I'm not sure if that's right. I do the BFBM video so there's no weights or anything. I'm too poor to buy a HRM so that's out! :) What do you guys mark it as?
