What kind of "exercise" is Jillian's workouts?

I've been using "high impact aerobics" to calculate my calories burnt, but I'm not sure if that's right. I do the BFBM video so there's no weights or anything. I'm too poor to buy a HRM so that's out! ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

I would think high impact aerobics, but I haven't done that particular workout. I do the 6W6P and KB&T and usually log as Calisthenics - vigorous effort. I too don't have a HR monitor.0

I add Jillian workouts as circuit training general since that is exactly what her workouts are..I do body revolution, six week abs and extreme shred in her kickboxing dvd I log as kickboxing cardio.0
