Hi everyone,
I started Sunday the 14, I'm really excited and so far feel pretty good. I signed up for the daily emails with whole30, read the entire book, and purchased the Nom Nom app for $4.99 the most I've ever spent! I just spent an hour reading through posts on the whole30 forum...and self doubt it creeping in. Of course I want to be healthy, but I'm also looking for a big weight loss. I'm still logging on Mfp, and staying within my daily calories, however going way over my fat %. I'm hoping to find a place for support, I'm sure it gets worse...especially when you get tired of the menu. Thanks

I say it gets better after about the first two weeks in terms of cravings and dealing with the lifestyle socially. The hardest part is social pressure sometimes. But usually if you cave, your body will let you know if it liked what you ate or not. It helps to reinforce usually that fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and meats are the way to go.0
