Supposed to run for 25 minutes, but I ended up running for 35. Each time my brain started to think my body was tired, I'd do a quick evaluation of how I was feeling and reminded my brain that all was good....and kept going.
I can't freakin' believe I ran that long!!! I am so stoked!
Week 7. Watch out!!

Wahey!! Well done you!!
I completed W6D3 yesterday too!! As I was going my warm-up walk I thought I'd had to stop because I cycled to work on Tuesday so my legs felt like they were going to give way - I didnt give up though and ran the whole 25mins :-D I did what you said about reminding my brain its all good!! I really need to plan a longer route so I can cun longer if I feel like it - I'm pretty certain I could have kept going.
Bring on week 7!!!! xx0 -

Ha!! Awesome!!
Yes, planning a different/longer route is a good idea. That's what I did. I made a Left turn towards the end, where I normally would have gone straight back home, and took a longer path back.0
