Well Football season is just about over for my boys... A bowl game this Friday night and my life becomes mine again! (Well until wrestling starts that is!)
So a regular lifting schedule of T-Th-Sat can return, with Sun-Wed cardio days and M,F rest.
I really love how this program is set up... pick your exercises from the categories, the book lays out in better detail each one and the level of difficulty.

I have gone through this program once so now it is my second time and I plan to step it up with some added difficulty, time to kick some *kitten*.
