Hi,
I am Michelle. I work full time, have two pretty cool daughters and spend most of my free time figuring out how to fit in my workouts. I climb for fun and exercise and tend to build all fitness activities around being a better climber. I lift a few times a week, cycle on the weekends and run with my beloved dog during the week. Having said all that, I have 10 pounds that refuse to budge and they are driving me crazy. I ideally would like to get to my "happy weight" of 142, but nothing seems to work. So, I will keep trying and am open to all suggestions and opinions.
