headaches

Hi all,
It's been awhile since I successfully followed a low-carb lifestyle. I lost a lot of weight on South Beach before I had kids, but that was a long time ago. I've recently been trying to start this up again-with an induction phase. I've been finding that by day 3 or 4 I have a nasty headache, or migraine. Do any of you experience this? Am I doing it wrong or missing a tip that could solve the issue?
For the record, I'm not certain that it's the meal plan causing the migraines. I get them regularly anyway, but they are usually predictable. Just thought it odd that it always starts on day 3 or 4 even if I'm not in a migraine cycle.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Try eating some salt. I'm prone to icepick cluster headaches and I figured out that it was a salt deficiency. Being low carb seems to flush sodium and some of us experience headaches from that.0

Thanks! I do tend to keep a pretty low sodium diet anyway. I'll try to get more salt and see if that helps. Thanks for the feedback!0
