So I took my run outside for the first time since it's a BEAUTIFUL day out (and I'm tired of the treadmill!), and in my 20 minutes I apparently did 1.28. PLUS I think I have started to figure out a good pace on the pavement! Huzzah! Granted, thirty seconds in I'm still huffing and puffing and wanna stop, but I think I'm getting it figured out! :-) For someone who would get on the treadmill sporadically then quit, I'm happy :-). Also, as far as pacing goes, I think it's actually easier outdoors - no distracting buttons and options and trying to figure out exactly how fast I am, or pushing myself to certain mechanical speeds. Outdoors I can just GO! :-)

Great job! I love running outdoors. It is nice to have a change of pace and not just run in one spot for 30 minutes. Keep it up and the huffing and puffing will slowly go away. I've been there, done that.. Keep up the great attitude!0

Awesome job
I don't think I could run inside anymore. There is nothing better than having the street to yourself early in the morning.
Keep it up! Before you know it, you'll be posting what a breeze Week 9 was0
