Hi Everyone
I am a keen paddler who uses MFP to keep on track with my food intake, I have been away for a while after getting to my goal weight. But I am back, want to keep on it and stay ahead on the weight front.
Why am I writing on here today?
Well I am doing the 2012 Hawkesbury Classic next weekend, it is a 111km paddle along the Hawkesbury River raising funds for the Arrow Bone Marrow Foundation,

The aim is for me to do the paddle in 12-13 hours and to raise $1000 for the charity. If you would like to donate click on the link below;
