Ok - here I go again.

I have not been as active as I was this summer. But I am going to start tonight working out on my machines in the basement.
I have developed a sore left calf - and for no particular reason. Also a sore right foot - also, for no particular reason. I have been walking the dogs most days, but with the cold weather coming in I will have to change my routine.
I am also
going to so a simple yoga routine. Perhaps that will help my sore calf and foot. I would like to join the YMCA and go swimming, but time is a factor. However, if the yoga does not do the trick I may have to join to work out the kinks in my calf and foot.
So strange.
