Huge Binge :(

I did well all day, went to the gym, felt good, went to a meeting at work with cheese and crackers and chocolate and just had a few things, around 200 calories. Get back from my break, bored at work and I eat like 20 snack size candy bars, maybe a sleeve of crackers and some pretzels. I knew what I was doing when I did it but I still chose to. Why do I do that!!!!
So an hour ago I felt good about myself, felt ok in my clothes, thought I looked ok and now I feel fat and see something completely different in the mirror. This would have been day 5 without a binge and tomorrow is a buffet at the casino. I thought I could at least make it till then.
Discouraged.

I am so sorry to hear that. Would you mind opening your food diary so I can see if you were doing anything I recognize has led me to binge. I'm no expert but I *might* be able to suggest something.
As far as the buffet goes, I would recommend hitting the nutrient dense foods first - Meats (preferably w/o sauce, veggies w/o sauce, and whole grains. After a plate of that get some treats (savory or sweet) one or two small portions. After that ask yourself if you want more. If you do, no problem. Don't feel guilty, get some samples again. Also for soda I do 3/4ths soda water and 1/4th soda. Feeds the craving without adding too many sugar and calories.
