CLX also known as: Cha-Lean Extreme is a workout program designed by fitness extrodinar Chalene Johnson. She is also the creator of Turbo Jam, and the famous Turbo Fire! She is awesome! Unlike the Turbo Fire exercises CLX focuses on lifting weights. The whole program consists of 3 phases: 1)Burn Circuit 2)Push Circuit 3)Lift Circut But there is a Cardio and Ab segmant too. Although she has cardio and ab in the program the lifting really does it all. It is weird but when I first thought of weight lifting I just thought it was to tone the arms and legs but it really just tightens everything.
What is nice about CLX is that it is done slowly and at your own pace and you dont feel rushed so you are focusing on good form and really flexing the muscle.
There is a calender that comes with it that you can use as a guildline. Its done in monthly increments. Burn Month 1, Push Month 2, and Lift Month 3.
