Just for fun & curiosity, what are your 3-5 top favorite lifts in this program? And your 3-5 least favorites?

*Please say what stage you're in too. Because favorites/least favorites might change over time.

    my favorites are:

    1. Squats (all variations, even 1-arm overhead)
    2. Lat pulldowns (wide grip & underhand)
    3. Swiss-ball side crunch
    4. Pushups (even though I can't do more than 1 on the floor yet - 1 is more than I could do a year ago!)
    5. Snatches (cuban & 1-arm)

    My least-favorites are:

    1. Reverse woodchops
    2. Push Press (with or without front squat)
    3. Planks (even though I kind of miss them)

    *I'm currently half-way through stage 6.

    Stage 3 (just finished last A workout...one more B and I am on to Stage 4 :)

I *heart* these because they make me feel super strong and I get excited to push myself more and more...
    -dead lifts (up to 175lbs)
    -squats (up to 165lbs consistently)
    -static lunges (85lbs BB)
    -push-ups (T style 10lbs)
    -prone jackknife

I don't dislike too many things but I could do without the plank and seated row...

    1. Squats
    2. Push press
    3. Cuban snatch
    4. Lat pulldown
    5. Dumbbell shoulder press and bench

    1. Lunges, I hate all lunges. They just feel tedious.
    2. Lateral Flexion, I find I get pretty bored laying there. I can do the first one only, the leg one. If I lift my side up like that it hurts my back.

Completed all 7 stages. Doing it again after a prolonged break.

    Favorites:

    1. Back Squat
    2. Deadlift
    3. Dumbbell one-point row
    4. Bulgarian split squat
    5. Chin-ups

    Least favorite:

    1. Lateral flexion (skipped them after stage 2 and did side bends or oblique crunches with straight legs instead)
    2. Prone cobra (BORING!)
    3. YTWL (I don't like using the same weight for each move; I'm stronger on W and L's)
    4. Front squat/push press (never sure if my form is correct)
    5. Incline reverse crunch (feel it more in my arms than my abs)

Im on Stage 4, took a month break because I was reffing soccer 5 days a week. Picked back up where I left off and happy to say Im at the same weights! Anyway....

    Favorite:
    1. Step Ups - Love to hate them
    2. Push Press with squat
    3. Dumbbell one point row

    Least Favorite:
    1. Lunge with rear foot elevated (I feel like I am going to vomit!)
    2. Prone cobra, boring!
    3. Squat with one arm raised, cAN'T seem to do it the way I think it should be done, arm straight over head.
    4. Lateral flexion, stupid stupid stupid, but I do them anyway
