Headache and certain exercises

Hi Steve,

Just wanted to give you an update on the headaches I would get while lifting heavy. I took your advise and exhaled while moving the weights down durring a deadlift. I would reset my body for each lift, using no bounce of the weight and taking a new breath. This worked wonders no headache and I went from 75 pounds to 95 pounds 3 sets 8 repts.
Also realized that when doing pull downs, when I start to become fatigued, I strain and the back of my neck flares up with a rush of pain. So I stopped and reduced the weight by 5 pounds and was able to complete the routine and had no headaches! I took almost two weeks off from lifting, because I was so affraid to get a terrible headache. Glad I gave it another try! Thanks again for your advise. Renee
