Coping Mechanism-at home spa

I find when I'm depressed and want to binge or self harm, pampering helps me a lot. SO I though if I started this topic people could post their at home spa treatments using regular at home ingredients.

For example, I put one egg in a bowl and use the whites on my face, the rest of the whites and the yolk on my hair. The protein is good for your skin and the hair. The oil is good for your hair. Or so I've heard :P So post away!!
And try this next time you need a coping mechanism. It helps me. I'm not saying it will help everyone by any means.

  • Self pampering is a great idea. I am very lucky that I leave near a few reasonably priced spas. I'll walk to one of them and get a massage or facial. At home I'll take a warm shower and massage a light nice smelling oil into my skin. Other times I'll just do my make-up topped off with bright power red lipstick.
