Anyone do the Jillian 6 pack Abs video? I want to buy it but worried about my wrists. I can't do a lot of stuff on the floor (like planking or side holds) due to bad wrists. I can do burpees and maybe mountain climbers on the floor but that's about it. I really like a lot of cardio and standing ab stuff!

How about doing the planks/side planks from your elbows. So your forearms are flat on the floor. Works the same muscles, just takes the weight off your wrists.0

I found that the more I did the plank workouts, eventually the stronger my wrists got.
I'm currently on Level 2 of 6w6p and do NOT like her T-twist planks! That one is a bit of a doozy. Also, there's less mat work in level 2.0
