I just completed Week 2 Day 3 this morning. Including the warm up and cool down, I went 2.14 miles in 29 minutes. I am not sure how that compares to anyone else, but I am feeling pretty good and I am looking forward to Week 3. I would love to add some new friends who are also doing the c25k. I think it might be motivating. So, feel free to add me if you read this!

Keep it up and before you know it, you'll be cruising through Week 9
It is motivating to have other C25K'rs as friends.0
