Exercise Challenge:
1. Repeat your favorite exercise challenge
2.Repeat your least favorite exercise challenge
3. Challenge yourself to one thing you know you struggle with and focus on that. (please post what you are challenging urself to do)

Food Challenges:
1. 10 glasses of water every day
2. Limit the sugar or salt you use
3. Figure out what ur food stress/trigger is and try to overcome it. If you don't know what it is try and figure it out

    My challenge for challenge 3 was to work out monday thru friday, I didn't think I would get a workout in today but I forced myself to get one in and I feel so amazing now that I am finished

    Great work.

    I was struggling with getting my runs back in and have been back at it the past 2 days, short and slow, but back at it.

    it's a good start :) plus i think out of everything run is the hardest thing to get back into
