Queston about Phase 2 Week 1 for my South Beach buddies

HI All
Hope everyone is doing great. I need some advice. So I just finished Phase 2 Week 1 and I am actually up 0.8lbs. I yo-yo'd with my weight all week trying to make good decisions. I am not happy of the no weight loss but I am ok that I didn't go up that high. So do I repeat the just 1 good starch and 1 fruit or should I move on to Week 2 of phase 2. I just don't want to keep going up. And I am working out doing something daily. I am working on C25K and then doing some other type of excercise every other day. I know some of you ladies have been doing this for quite a while. so any advice is appreciated. I have at least 50lbs to lose over all. So I still have quite a bit to go.

IMHO, I think this is pretty normal ....... but if you are in the least bit concerned, repeat P2W1 and see how it goes ....... remember to add "new" foods in slowly to judge the effect each one has on you ......... watch out for hidden sodium ...... drink plenty of water ....... and continue to measure everything :drinker:

hi mari, what i found is my weight loss goes like this I lose say 0.5 kilo then gain 0.3 kilo then lose 0.5 then gain some, lose some etc, lol so for me its slowly, which is a great thing because thats the way its supposed to go. Phase 2 for me was I just added one peice of fruit, usually an apple or cantelope, in the morning with some cheese or 6 nuts (eat your fruit with some protein & Eat your carb allowance in the morning), in the book it advises adding slowly, bread I have had twice since p2 started, I just dont miss it, so im generally still mainly p1 plus fruit. Banana in a smooothie for breaky is a treat. Goodluck keep going0
