I tried two of the detoxinsita.com recipes and they turned out really great for the most part. Some of her recipes although they are clean are high calorie, but in moderation I feel all of it can be enjoyed. I also use an egg substitute in the pizza crust because my daughter doesn't like to eat egg and it turned out great. The website has a "flax egg" recipe that is a substitute for an egg in baked recipes that I used.

I made a Cauliflower Pizza Crust last night and it turned out very yummy, but you definitely need to use parchment paper like the recipe called for. I just put tomato paste ( no added salt), zucchini, sun dried tomato, purple onion and a little cheese on top. I also added a little extra spice to the crust dough (garlic, parsley, red pepper). I also tried the Avocado Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (Dairy Free) recipe and it was actually really good and very creamy of course. It is a little funky to taste the hint of avocado, but you get use to it very quickly. It is super easy to make and I added more peppermint extract then the recipe called for because the ingredients seemed to be able to handle it. Here's that link as well:
